Luxury London Two Bedroom Apartment

Ideally sized. Very safe and secure complex. Good communication from owner. Absolutely spotless. Very good kitchen.

Small issue but the light in the sitting room area is quite low. At 6 foot I'm not massively tall but banged off it so often 😂

Location was perfect. 6 miles from main center London. Immediate location was perfect with convenience stores cost cutter and take aways at your doorstep yet the accommodation is in a quiet side road so you don't feel like you're a 15 second walk away from a busy high street. Good facilities. Toilet downstairs and toilet bathroom upstairs also. Plenty of towels provided. Good heating in the property as it was a cold night but the heating worked perfectly. Keys were taken from a key safe. Never saw the hosts but they were available over text which worked perfectly for me. Nothing bad to say. Homely atmosphere, very comfortable. Simple yet sleek.

If I had to nitpick I would say the WiFi, it didn't work, maybe it was a network issue in the area when I stayed but It wasn't an issue for me as I only stayed one night and essentially just needed somewhere to stay before site seeing London the following day. But if I stayed for a few nights it might have bugged me.

Falling asleep was a huge problem: a strong light outside shines directly into the bedroom all night long — supernova-level. The paper-thin blinds never stood a chance. Installing black-out curtains would immediately massively increase the comfort of this property. As it is now, we could only fall asleep on the second night, once we had bought eye masks. Since this was mentioned in previous reviews, we were surprised and disappointed that this wasn't implemented. Dear host: you can do it! It will help so much!

Property was clean and definitely wasn’t a luxury apartment which is how it was sold and advertised

Where do i start Stained floors through out Dirty bathroom Damaged shower screen seal Broken mirrors Very dirty bedding ( someone had picked there nose and wiped on the quilt , disgusting). I had to go and borrow bedding from some friends who lived locally. Broken bed ( huge sag in bed , every time you turned over springs would ping ) Blind in bedroom broken , didn’t fit window so was like daylight when you went to bed because of outside lights , blind in kitchen broken , Kitchen cupboards damaged I’m only 5ft 10 and banged my head on lounge , bedroom and definitely downstairs toilet lights , which you couldn’t avoid . On the whole a very shabby , dirty apartment which was not worth the money at all .i looked forward to the response . I have lots photos to show owner who must be delusional to think this is luxury .
