Rock Mill - Deluxe Studio Apartment with Balcony

The facilities were really good, there is a locker room for cleaning your dog, bikes and any other gear. Pub 5 mins away, indian 2 mins away and a restaurant next door, not alot to moan about at all. I would definately stay here again

Not alot to moans about at all, Ours was a tad pokey if i was been moany. but it was mainly due to having the dog and a 4 year old, if it was just me and the wife it would have been fine!

The apartment was well equipped, warm, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The building itself was very modern and plush, with plenty of parking, and the lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming. It was a great location for visiting Chatsworth, which was the purpose of my stay.

The ventilation system in the apartment was noisy. I messaged Staycay asking if I could switch this off just at night time so I could sleep better. They asked for a video to assess where the noise was coming from (I'd already advised it was coming from the systems cupboard), but by the time they'd sent me the correct email address to send this to, it was 10.30pm and I just wanted to wind down. A Yes or No would have been preferable. Having to strip the beds and empty the bins at the end of your stay is a new one for me!

Really clean, nice stay perfect for a couple of nights way, great location close to a good selection of pubs and restaurants

Coffee machine in room didn’t seem to be working that well but maybe just needs de- scaling?

Cleanliness was spot on. Location was great. There was a cafe/restaurant next door, curry house within 5 min walk and pub within 10 min walk. The room was modern and nicely decorated. The car park was great.

Bit of noise with people coming and going and the odd dog barking
