Rock Mill - Deluxe Studio Apartment with Balcony

Love the area ..appartments beautiful... There was a one off crazy incident in another appartment.we were all woke to a domestic hitting off big time and people and furniture getting threw about .

I loved the place ....the villages ,pubs,the restaurant next door...the area.The Indian was gorgeous too.

Modern, contemporary style and design. Bed was comfortable.

Clock in room, ticked. As a light sleeper, it disturbed me a number of times. Would have liked a fan as it was so warm, visited during the hottest weekend of the year. Couple of other areas which I informed the venue on arrival.

Easy check-in. Communications were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

No nespresso in our room as pictured, but we survived! 😅

It was nice and modern. Very clean. Good equipment in apartment. Handy to have a restaurant next door.

A couple of very minor issues were: cupboards over sink/ cooking area difficult to close for short people (under 5’ 6”). No operating instruction manual for cooker (combined microwave and oven?)

Everything was great

MY only issue was that upon arrival the code provided didnt work (this happened to others as well). When I finally got through to the number proved I was told that the codes had had to be changed. No issue with that, just that no effort was make to inform your customers and ensure that no one had to wait nearly 45 minutes for help
