Proximity to the beach and staff interest.

Advertise beach umbrellas and only have 10 for 18 rooms. The toilet tissue holder was broken for our entire stay. Not quite up to the brand standard.

Location, location, location, cleanliness, restaurant, staff

It would be nice to have some chairs on the porch overlooking the beach. The area is fully covered by restaurant tables which are not used much of the time. Would have liked some light breakfast options to go with the coffee offered in the office area.

The front desk was very helpful and receptive

The room's windows had no screens. The ocean view was lame. There was no shelves or medicine cabinet in the bathroom . The toilet paper holder was broken. It was billed as newly renovated. No way.

"We had a wonderful stay in Spring Lake at The Grand Victorian"

The location of the hotel is great! We were able to walk downtown and easily access the beach. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing and all the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean. The hotel provides beach badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. We brought our own beach accessories but this was a very nice touch.

The room was very small and the bathroom was dated. There was no refrigerator to store leftover food or drinks/milk for the baby.

The room was beautifully kept, clean, fresh, big windows with a gorgeous view of the beach the staff was very pleasant, offered ideas for restaurant. We were able to us their bikes to ride into town and around Spring Lake. We had a wonderful time!
