Great location, amazing staff, the restaurant was delicious, and they were very accommodating!

I just thought that our room could’ve been cleaner- the bathroom specifically! There was a lot of dirt/dust in the ceiling vent and the shower floor was stained

Quiet area with the beach a short walk away. Charming rooms and very clean. Shopping and local food within a 3 block walk and amazing architecture.

Would love to see a mini fridge in the room, hidden away in one of the closets.

I really liked that the staff at the hotel are trying to help me get my money back from booking.com for not refunding me for the same room that bookings.com charged me twice. I contacted both the hotel and bookings.com and canceled the reservation, but have yet to see the refund for the room.

I don't like that bookings.com is not resolving this matter in a timely way. The hotel staff did not like this either. My father passed away and this was why I made the reservation. The fact that I have not been fully reimbursed for a mistake that I did not make during this time is just adding more stress to my life.

Very clean but small rooms. It was very noisy. Sounded like we were at a bowling alley. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant.
