The location was amazing and the room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the evening guy was very welcoming.

Allison offered to give us restaurant recommendations so I asked for a place with tasty food and vegetables, at which point she began throwing her arms into the air and berating me repeatedly for not giving her more specifics, and for thinking she might give me a recommendation for food that wasn't tasty. When she asked if I wanted indoor or outdoor dining and I said I didn't care, it began all over again. I've never seen anything like this behavior at a hotel in 40 years of domestic and international travel. In the end, she said she couldn't help me and sent me away, for which I was grateful. It was quite a show of dysregulation.

Great location! Right across the street from the beach/boardwalk, a couple minute walk to down town, felt safe as a solo traveler. Staff was helpful and nice. They help with luggage. Bikes available if wanted. Super clean.

Location was great. Room was on the smaller size - but was lovely. The bathroom was huge!

I changed my check out date one day early on Booking in plenty of time under their guidelines. I also did it with the property. Not given credit. A real pain dealing with booking.. We like staying at your place but are reluctant to deal with these sorts of things again. IF THE PROPERTY CAN'T SUPPORT THE CLIENT WITH THESE SERVICES IT IS NOT GOING TO GET MY BUSINESS. So now I am going to dispute the entire charge and we shall see where that goes? This is going to become a real hassel for all parties and it is a totally stupid business practice. RICHARD ROTHBARD
