Grand Victorian an ICONA Boutique Collection

Great location , needs updating , front door needs to be painted or redone looks dirty and worn , carpets need to be cleaned , room was nice comfortable but no chair to sit on , dents and scuff marks on the walls , details not attended too , curtains , cheap looking . On the positive staff was great , room view very nice , but not a “ boutique “ hotel , could make it a lot nice with some upgrades that would not be $$$$$

Location was good - parking is a problem.

There was no porch & the bathroom was too small.

Across from beach. Very clean. Helpful staff.

No refrigerator. No drinking cups. Room was so small, I don’t think they could fit a fridg in it.

It has a perfect location.

There’s no indoor seating for guests other than a chair in the room. The room was especially small.

Clean and comfortable. Other guests respected the noise curfew. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great beach access! Highly recommend.

Great location. Clean.

Room very small. Bathroom had no counter space, tiny and difficult to navigate. No night table on one side of the bed and no lights over or near the bed for reading or using devices. No pool. Will not return. Way overpriced for what you get.
