Grand Victorian an ICONA Boutique Collection

You cannnot beat the location of this super cozy inn! Staying at an ocean view hotel is never going to be inexpensive but so much is included in the price! The front desk staff were amazing and accomodating!

Our only issue was due to the age of the property you were able to hear noise from other parts of the hotel. No a big problem but worth noting!

Location was good and the coffee available

I booked on booking.com. They gave me room 12. I can’t find anywhere where it mentions it’s right above the kitchen and it will be noisy. Until 10 pm it was extremely noisy. If someone sees this on booking please let me know. Also when I arrived they took my credit card after I mentioned I had already paid, they did not tell me there would be additional charges. They said they were checking to see if it was actually me. What a surprise that to see additional fees for each day we stayed. Not one person mentioned to me i had to pay resort fees for passes to the beach and they told me they had umbrellas and chairs if I wanted to borrow them. There was no pool, etc. if there were additional fees it should be clearly posted somewhere BEFORE staying at the hotel. We stayed at Hewitt Wellington the week before and they do not charge he any of these fees after the fact. And they do have a pool. AFTER I left I received an upgraded bill of almost 100 dollars more. No bill when I left and no mention of it. I will not stay there again.

Everything! The manager was the most welcoming and accommodating person that we’ve come across in a long time we love the location we love the atmosphere we loved the landscaping we love the building. It was a beautiful property, and the cleanliness was outstanding.

It was kind of awkward walking through the restaurant area to get into the lobby, but everything else made up for it

There was breakfast?

A bit of banging noise above us into the evening. Also, the internet connection for the television kept quitting and we finally gave up.

Very clean and updated. Our room #8 was too small would stay they again in a larger room

parking was at facility due to room we booked - not for every room was right across from the beach

Location with beach badges and other things was great! Staff of Robert and Allison was exceptional!

Tight room and bathroom.

The location was great but the building is old. Shower needed to be fixed and it was quickly.

Room OK not great. Building old and looks it, Clean but still needs work. No common room to interact with others or play a game.
