Grand Victorian an ICONA Boutique Collection

Morning coffee was available in the office. That was good.

This was a lot of money for a room in the back with a view of the parking lot and garbage facility. Noisy at 1 a.m. when they did the garbage pickup.

Great restaurant, Wonderful Manager..Lovely!

The numerous amenities offered and ‘no stress’ policy. Allison and Bob love the property and it shows in how they welcome guests. We used the bikes, beach chairs and tags even on our day of departure.

The weather was especially humid. So the rooms could use a small dehumidifier as things felt a little humid. Otherwise, everything was fine and comfortable

I stay at the Grand Victorian frequently and what I love most about it is that Alison, the manager, always makes it feel like coming home—excellent care, total cleanliness, delicious, high quality restaurant, great location, ease of parking.

It was clean and conveniently located across from the beach. The staff were phenomenal. Allison checked us in and was very professional and very lovely. Bob helped us upstairs with our bags and took us to a couple of locations in the golf cart. He was a very nice guy, easy to talk to and had a lot of of knowledge on the area. We appreciated the little extras like the golf cart rides, beach badges, chairs and towels and that we could use the rest rooms while we were across the street on the beach

The room was way too small for the price we paid. At $570 per night I expected the room to be larger than 8x10. The shower was incredibly small and the water temperature changed on its own from freezing cold to scalding hot. It was actually dangerously hot.
