La maleducazione degli ospiti quando utilizzavano la piscina occupandola di gonfiabiii e schiamazzando come fossero a casa loro

Per essere sinceri ero molto preoccupata. Avendo un bambino con saluto sensible dopo aver letto tanti brutti commenti e foto. Ho contattato l’agenzia che ha capito e accolto molto bene le mie esigenze. Arrivato al posto è stato una meraviglia tutto il soggiorno anche solo per 2 notte era una favola. Il posto è stupendo via dal caos del lago però avendo il lago a 5 min per una bella passeggiata. La piscina è perfetta i ragazzi si sono divertiti un sacco. L’appartamento ha tutto il comfort e necessario per fare delle belle vacanze. Qui erano pure presente tovagliette per la tavola e il lavapiatti con una spugnetta. In tanti posti devo andare io a comprare queste cose. Comunque ringrazio di cuore tutto il team di « Wonderful Italy » che sono stati super disponibili diverse volte malgrado la mia inquietudine e non gentilezza. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno un vero SOGNO!

Veldig fin leilighet, bra basseng og godt nok utstyrt kjøkken for enkel husholdning. Vi hadde et opphold på ni dager så det hadde vært fint med påfyll av dopapir, utskiftning av håndklær og sengetøy en gang i løpet av oppholdet!

Very nice swimming pool and as it was very hot during that time we went to it even at late evening. Conditionairs worked very well. Kitchen well equiped. Check-in very easy. Private parking in the yard

Appartaments had only one window which was only in bedroom so it was quite dark appartaments.

The location was perfect for us to see different towns around Lake Garda. We were within walking distance of Desenzano del Garda. We had a car for our stay and we had free secure parking. We were only up the road for Sirmione, which was on the list of things I wanted to see. The area was safe, and the pool had plenty of facilities for everyone. We were given plenty of towels and access to a washing machine. Free WiFi and the TV could access netflix. We had a fridge and kettle, which is all we needed for the stay. There was a kitchen area to cook if needed, but we were going out for dinner. The apartment was clean, and air conditioning was provided. We had no problems with check-in or out as there seems to be an automatic system now. We didn't need a key to access anything. There was no clothes horse in the apartment to hang clean clothes. I messaged the property and they provided me with a brand new clothes horse within hours so I got a very speedy resolution.

Nothing. We got what we asked for with the apartment.

Swimming pool and generally outside area. Good location and apartment with enough space inside.

Noise at 4am every other day.... street cleaning. And you could hear your neighbours in adjacent rooms.

Everything great! Really nice and clean place, good pool, not far from Desenzano center (bus stop minute away or 40 min walk). Good communication and full check-in instructions. Highly recommended!

Quite complicated procces of providing check-in informations, could be easier.
