"I want my money back"

When a fire brigade had to rescue us because electronic door would not open and we were trapped inside. We would die in case of fire !

Ants ! They Were all over the apartment. We called the wonderful Italy emergency phone number and they told us that its sunday ( our first day ) and they will not come and we can go to penny market and buy spray for ants. Terrible.

Nice and safe place

There is no proper ventilation so more or less very much like CO2 chamber unless windows open but I guess it is typical for southern europe not to know how to ventilate air.

swimming pool super.Lovely to be able do laundry kitchen well equiped.

when getting train one has to collect keys which means 20euro extra for taxi to get to the office for collection. I

Very clean and modern facility Very clean swimming pool area with sunbeds Safe backyard with locked automatic gates and cameras Shared laundry room with 2 washing machines (take your own pods) Room was nice with a/c and fully equipped kitchen

KEY COLLECTION/RETURNING Be aware if you have NOT a car or you will be late in evening - cause You most drive 7min to another address to pick and leave the keys. Also this office have a working hours check the info if you want to come after it. It is 2024 - why not use lockbox? I would be very disappointed if do not have a car. Kitchen do not have a cooker hood

Beautiful apartment, good equipment

Problematic check out . A day before the check out we had agreed with the host to leave the keys in the apartment because we couldn’t go to the place where they receive the keys which is away from the apartment and it’s difficult to get there if you don’t have a vehicle . Unfortunately at the check out’s day, host never answered to our calls and messages to open the exterior gate for us to leave (as we had agreed), we got stacked in the apartment and we risked missing our train to Milan

"A lovely welcoming apartment, a very relaxing stay"

Lovely location in a nice quiet area. Nice restaurants nearby and its only a short walk to Desenzano.

Nice property, not much not to like. Not that many apartments so it didn't het that busy around the pool. Maybe a couple more tables and chairs as sometimes the downstairs properties claimed them for themselves.
