Villa Caterina Apartments by Wonderful Italy

The swimming pool was nice, but not enough umbrellas and BBQ in good, but not tools enough to cook or clean it after use.

The air conditioning didn't work for the first day and a half, and then the whole last day (30+ degrees at night). The staff were rude when I claimed to be fixed and finished the call while I was explaining the problem. The shower drain got blocked. You need to collect and drop the keys in a far away office (you better rent a car because of the lack of taxis). You need to go to the supermarket and buy all what is basic by your own (Toilet paper, salt, oil, etc) After you pay, you are a pain on their a** for them.

Modern, clean

Minimal utensils, no wine glasses, aircon set to off…. Couldn’t change and no instructions.

The location of the villa is in a very quiet area with a market nearby

1.It could be an inconvenient if you dont have a car. You have to take the keys from their reception where you can reach the location only by car. Same thing when you do the check out. You have to drop of the keys at their reception (6-7 km away from the location and reachble only by car) 2. That they dont have mosquitos nets

Everything was great, beautifully decorated, great pool.

When you leave, you have to return the key somewhere else, which can be a problem if you don't have a car.

Floor/walls let through some of the noise and sounds from neighbors In the rooms we had only cold white ceiling lights, a warmer ambient light would have been nicer

Location for exploring garda lake is excelent. Market is very near

It is a new facility with some shortcomings which go with it. Kitchen is poorly equiped, shower did not work at full capacity insted it was dripping. AC in one of rooms did not work no body came to fix it until the end of our stay. This house is managed by agency there is no host in house, it may reflect on some issues you have. Eg. We had to clean pool by ourselves after the storm. On the last day we had hale storm and needed some help regardin translation to italian which host rejected ??!!. Awesome...
