it was extremely dirty. the carpet had discernible dirt and stains and had not been cleaned. the sink in the bathroom was broken. also, they provided no information on how to check out so I had to contact them Kate the night before checkout.

The team went above and beyond to get an iron to me at 11pm at night. The iron at the property was missing. The property was nice and clean. The location was good and central for Birmingham city centre.

Nothing, this apartment was horrible, very dirty, felt unhygienic.

The photos of the two bedroom apartment on booking.com is nothing like the apartment that you get. Definitely missold what we were getting. The walls are stained, the sofa bed was stained. Apartment had a horrible smell. Kitchen and bathroom was dirty. Check in and check out was a nightmare, you have to collect and drop off keys to a shop. We got lost as it was so far from the apartment. We had lots of luggage so this was a pain, having to drag everything around. Not smooth check in and check out at all. Tried calling the person who was sending me messages several times and they did not answer just sent text messages. We paid over £300 double what we should have done. Cleaner came round after messaging host about how dirty the apartment was and she also said she has told the host that apartment needs cleaning properly. It needs a deep clean and facilities bringing up-to-date. This was booked for my husband's 40th and we were really disappointed. Looks like you are getting luxury apartment from pictures but in reality it is a dirty dingy apartment with facilities that are dated. Beds were not comfortable everything about this apartment was horrible.

Property is amazing well situated and very clean the gentleman I dealt with was amazing we are looking forward to booking again

The process. It is not straightforward. I got into a lot of trouble for getting the key. As it was not explained before the booking. I'm sure the Booking.com team is not aware of the process. There is no reception in the building so you have to pick the key from a shop bearing in mind being new arrival in the city of what you have to go through finding the shop then finding the building in a very cold night. In addition you have to leave the place by 10 am that's only a few hours of rest. It is not a value for money paid. especially arriving late with kids.
