Nice and spacious, comfortable beds, relatively easy to find

The car park bays numbering order was completely random so finding the specific bay allocated to the accommodation requires you to drive past every single space and check the number until you found it. This is not the fault of the property but it did as some frustration. There was no clear instruction on how to get hot water, this was responded to by the proper contact quickly but the fact we had to ask was frustrating. When we went to use the oven we discovered there was no oven that, grill tray or oven dish so weren’t able to cook, meaning we had to go out for dinner. The main reason we booked a property with a kitchen was so that we could cook so not being able to was a pretty fundamental issue.

Central - that's about all I can say. Oh and internet worked.

Dirty windows and surfaces; broken toilet we called about and were fobbed off; asked to let in an electrician monday morning!?; parking space hard to find; no batteries in remote control; drunken noise late at night from inner courtyard; had to pay a deposit of £200!? painful ID process after booking; i have photographs of scrapes and dents in the walls and a broken lightswitch!? TLDR too expensive for what it is

Decent location

No hot water for our whole stay even after using booster button. Poor communication, ignored our messages.

Location, clean & tidy. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and New St Station just up the road.

Ridiculous £200 "security" deposit. Never had to pay that with Booking.com before. Finally got it refunded. Make sure that you check and photograph any damage, however minor, and send to host when you check in, just so that your "security" deposit doesn't and up paying for repairs from previous guests. Not for us, we'll not be back.

the location was central for downtown, easy to walk to great restaurants, the BULLring and Grand Central.

We’re not fussy, I promise you. I have photos. Property was a disgrace, and a clear part of a program of neglect..spend nothing, rent often and accept the bad reviews. Booking.com should do more to police the slum lords using their service. Ceiling was falling in, water leaks had raised the linoleum flooring, the sinks leaked and a trash can was there to catch the mess, it was a master class of urban decay. The property concierge wouldn’t help Booking.com or AirBnB clients (the concierge office even had a sign posted on the door stating this specifically to turn you away) and punted us back to the property owners.. the result was the access fobs were not active so you couldn’t access the apartment until someone came out and let you in (20 minute waits to get in we’re common). One of the property managers came to try to help, Shah..he was nice and friendly and tried to get the fob working, but to no avail. he offered a refund ..but it was 6pm and I was 4 hrs from home with my family, and no chance I could find another apartment for the concert we were attending with 2 hrs notice..so we were stuck with that. we left the next day and didn’t use our second night, and went home early. Shah didn’t want to see the apartment, or hear that there were only a couple of plates, or mugs or glasses for the people who stay, he said they bought the interest in the apartment from someone and were just renting it as an investment. A neighbor told us they were under eviction order .. who knows if this was true? The neighbors partied til early in the morning, apparently Sharon had slept with Kevin , but they resolved the fight noisily and drunkenly at 0530 , so we relaxed a bit then. My kids learned 4 new cuss words, care of the loud party crowd. So it was bad, and you’ll wonder whether I’m just some fussy guy, with heightened expectations of an inner city apartment for $200 a night..surely your apartment won’t be this bad, or maybe it’ll be fixed by the time you read this ?

It was ok location wise

The check in process. Very unclear when booking. Takes 30 minutes to be verified and leave a deposit. You are asked to drop the keys back at a 24/7 shop. Which is not open to drop keys at the next morning
