"Smelly, unclean and rude host!"

The property was spacious

The property had so many things broken and the linen and towels were not clean. The shower head was broken so you couldn’t have a comfortable shower because it would keep turning the other way! The handle was broken on the shower door. The property was very smelly. Last but not least the guy that sent the property details was very rude and unprofessional. He was giving half of the details and not the other half. You just had to guess or poke him for the rest of the property details. He became rude when we couldn’t find the parking spot, the numbers were almost gone from fading. He didn’t advise us how to open the shutters (you’re supposed to know) We had a 4 hour drive so we were very tired, when we had these problems he said he didn’t have time to speak to us because he was busy elsewhere. He shouldn’t be allowed to deal with the guests!

"I had a very enjoyable time at the Chinatown apartments, of which the location was superb."

Check in was simple, and the host was very responsive to queries we had about parking, check out, etc. Deposit was returned swiftly and in full. Toiletries were well stocked and clean towels provided.

Sofa bed of one of the apartments was faulty but we did find a work around and didn't really need it anyways, so it didn't negatively impact the trip. There was an additional futon supplied, which was a bonus.

NOTHING. the property is a scam! it is filthy. This property has been falsely advertised. the pictures show that it nice and clean but it is horrible. I arrived at the property and left 20mins after to book something else because it was disgusting!

There were multiple holes in the walls, brown stains on the bed/pillows , the wardrobes were broken , im not a smoker and the whole apartment STUNKS OF SMOKE and DAMP. DO NOT BOOK. IT IS A SCAM. They make sure to put non refundable so that they can take your money KNOWING the apartment has been falsely advertised. The owner has been ignoring my calls and messages since and is doing nothing to resolve the situation.

The big windows were nice as you could get air coming in

Their was a lot of broken things that weren’t put on the advertisement it looked very different to pictures everywhere was quite dirty !!!
