Very accommodating host, listened to our concerns and acted swiftly. Great service

First thing first, they property that was shown in the picture is not where we stayed, that was a lie, we were deceived by the listing. It’s not what was promised. Property reminds me of a crack house, it smelled horrible

Appalling apt smelt of smoke and sweat. Cooking facilities did not work. Shower broken and everywhere tatty. Heaters broken. No fire extinguishers or fire escape instructions. Need I go on??

No explanation of where to park - ie Bay number. I ended up parking at Arcadian Car park (apartments) for the duration our stay. Not clear who the managing agent was. The apartment door was impossible to open and lock - I had to keep my valuables in my car. The fridge was not very cold at all. Cereal bowls were very shallow, hardly passable as bowls!! Apartment quite run down and not like as advertised!
