Communication was easy and pleasant

Very difficult to collect and return the keys for this property. This needs to changed else I wont recommend staying here just for this reason.

The fact that it was central

Very dirty. Only one heating was working. The owner did’n care.

Location was fantastic for us Apartment suze ideal. Two bathrooms made it easy for a group

Some small tweaking of light switches that were damaged, lick of paint would massively improve the apartment. Not really enough seating for 5 people. No bedding for the sofa bed

Was clean and tidy. Parking was secure and good easy accessible access to property.

The key collection was a nightmare. The shop assistant was rude and very unhelpful. The property was ok but toilet in en-suite did not flush shower leaked and dimmer in lounge did not work

The location was about the best

Hi, I’m actually disgusted in the way this apartment was kept… no heating, the radiators was hanging off the wall and not working. It was so cold. There was also mould in the living room all around the living room window. One of the bathroom showers was just about running luke warm water. Also the on suite toilet would not flush so was out of order. Overall this apartment was not worth the money at all. I’m really upset with this. Since my return I’ve been poorly and I put it down to the conditions of this place. I addressed all these things too via WhatsApp in Which got ignored and dismissed the matter.

The Location was in a nice area. The shopping mall was right on the door step and so close to food places and bars. The apartment itself was lovely. very clean, quite and very spacious.

The only thing I can think of is the the radiator was held up by the sofa which made the heat coming out from it alot slower

Great location, safe and secure, quiet. Nice space.

It is a little run down in certain aspects.
