It was in a great location for shopping

Needs a good refurb The shower was freezing and I couldn't get it warm, the sofa was broken, and a very worn out apartment. Communication was through WhatsApp and I felt like I was constantly asking questions about things. Make sure you take photos on arrival of any damages and send it via WhatsApp to the owner so you don't get charged. It was really expensive for what it was, they asked for a £250 damage deposit that was taken from your credit card, I was worried about this as the appointment had so much damage, why I took the photos as proof.

Key pick up a received a parking fine while getting the keys due to no parking facilities

The heater is not working the 1st day, we cannot shower until the 2nd day's evening and wasting a lot of time in communication and waiting thf technician to come to fix the heater. We have to wait for the key despite the check in time is 3pm, the key is still late.

The young lady where we picked the keys up was very rude & un helpful. Flat had marks paint coming off no mirrors in rooms blinds in widows were broken kitchen cupboards broken list is endless!!! This property should not be rented out in the state it was in .

gorgeous property with a great location! shower was very warm and powerful, tv included netflix, pretty view out the balcony window, heating was great and made the bedrooms very warm and cosy, key collection easy and communication was great, all in all i was very impressed and for a great price!

not many faults at all, only thing i would say was that we couldn’t get the heating to work in the living area but worked everywhere else!
