The road to the location

Our stay was very nice and the staff went out of their way to make us as comfortable as can be. The negotiatied late check out was a bonus which made our stay even more memorable. Will definately come back for more needed quite, peaceful and restful breaks away from the very busy cities.

The service in the restaurant is very slow, but given that this establishment is still new, I believe that it will get better as it grows bigger.

The staff were amazing. The scenery is beautiful and the area is perfectly quiet with animals clearly very comfortable

The location was fantastic. The scenery was stunning. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The WiFi works well with no issues. The best thing about the lodge was definitely the staff. Very friendly, helpful and always available. A special mention to Elizabeth and Thembi who made extra effort to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. They were amazing.

The gravel road driving to the lodge is terrible, luckily they’re starting to fix it when we stayed there so hopefully it gets better with time. Some of the facilities weren’t completed yet like the Bar, which would’ve been nice. We had an issue with water in the lodge where some repairs needed to be made (which unfortunately took longer than it should’ve), it did affect our stay because there was no water for a chunk of our stay, but again the staff was amazing and made arrangements for us to move to rooms where we would have access to water.

The staff was welcoming and friendly , Elizabeth she is very proactive she went all out to ensure that we enjoy our stay, the Spa ladies wonderful The bush lunch experience was amazing 10/10

Was disappointed about electricity and didn't have water We had to wait for the pump to pump water Unfortunately we had to leave I hope nextime we will get activities on site

Wij hadden half pension geboekt, wat handig is omdat het best afgelegen ligt. Vanaf de hoofdweg is het 20 km rijden, op een niet zon beste weg. Als het regent heb je een 4 wiel auto nodig. Het ontbijt werd steeds uitgebreider, de laatste dag was bijna een keuze buffet. Aan het personeel heeft het niet gelegen, dat waren toppers. De kok heeft met de ingrediënten die er waren toch een lekker diner en ontbijt gemaakt. De kamer was heerlijk, goede bedden, lekker breed. De douche ruimte was royaal. Een regendouche maal 2. 2 wasbakken en een bad. Hele ruime kamer met terras. Comfortabele bank en stoelen.

Het half pension wat wij hadden geboekt had beter gemoeten. Het is dat de kok zo creatief was anders wat het niet goed geweest..
