Keleo Safari Lodge

Food: delicious. Although the menu was small, we were permitted to oder off menu. Quality was amazing. Room: beautiful, clean and comfortable. The views from all the rooms were delightful. Showers and water pretty 😍 Staff: 10/10 they were kind, accommodating and communicated well. Service was spectacular Activities: we went on a bush walk with a bit of a time, which is just the way I like it. We had a translator to assist and the views and animals were great. We planned a game drive, but the weather didn't permit, however the communication was great. Pool area was so relaxing and the swim was divine

I didn't like that there was an old pool that was not cleaned i front of our patio, we were promised a pool view only to find it with dirty water. I also didn't feel safe there is a serious shortage of staff and security. The place is not worth the money, The amazing thing about the place was Thembi whom I could see that she s overwhelmed with duties. This place should be closed and complete with the renovations and have proper security. I would love to go back if that is done.

The food was very good, the staff went out of their way to assist and we really enjoyed the spa treatment. To notch! A wonderful way to celebrate our two year wedding anniversary with a room set up that was stunning when we arrived. Great linen, great bed, super comfortable! Exactly what we wanted.

I think small touches were missing, such as a dustbin in the room, albeit there was one in the bathroom. Coffee in the room was only decaf, and only two waters in the bar fridge. I think the fact that the lodge is still new will mean in time these little touches will make the lodge stand out.

Wow the staff, Thembi was really a great host. I am glad I went to the lodge it was really a peace of mind
