The location is amazing nested in the mountains of bela bela

Everything was great

I liked that we were completely immersed with nature, we walked around the lodge and spotted some springboks, we also saw some zebras, ostriches and monkeys roaming around the lodge. It was very peaceful and tranquil, loved waking up to the sounds of the birds and just breathing the fresh air. Oh the sunset views were also so breath-taking. I enjoyed our stay and got to unwind. The units themselves were so beautiful, elegant and extremely clean, this was a cherry on the cake :) and we were upgraded to the Kruger suite/room - felt really special. Excellent hospitality from the staff :). We also booked for a massage and thoroughly enjoyed it, the ladies are sooo good, the room was warm and had a lovely calming scent. Overall, I loved our stay.

They should consider adding breakfast part of the booking fee because the extra costs become high when you add up lunch and dinner. Also consider adding more items on the menu for variety. It was my birthday, I bought cake but I wasn't allowed to bring it to the restaurant, unfortunately. We also were not allowed to use the jacuzzi and sauna/steam room (unless we pay an extra fee) even though we booked for an upper body massage. I was really looking forward to this :(.

I loved the accommodation, spacious room, everything screams quality in the room. the place is very peaceful and relaxing, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, Thembelihle is the best :)

The hospitality was not so good, most of the food we ordered was not available and maybe they can consider reviewing their pricing a little bit, that wouldn't hurt.

Out of this world experience! Great hosts, beautiful, classy, specious and modern chalets. Spa experience is out of this world. Don't sleep on this, go sleep in Keleo Safari Lodge! Ten out of 10!

Very clean and well organised premises Friendly staff and very welcoming even after arriving late, the staff waited till our arrival and kept checking up on us throughout our journey

The room and a bit of wild life

There was no heated pool, no sonar, no jacuzzi as advertised. The main pool looked damaged. The price we paid included meals but the chef said there was shortage of food supplies, it was a struggle. There was no drinking water, we had to go to the nearest town to get drinking water. The road leading to the lodge is a horrible gravel road. Water in the shower rapidly goes cold while showering. There is no covered parking, we had to park our car in the sun

Everything about the place was great,the staff is Soo friendly ,they gave us a warm welcome,the food was Soo fresh ..All our request were delivered,THE CHEF DELIVERED.The Massage area👌💯.I could go back at any give time

The scenery and how quiet it is. The food was amazing-thanks to Chef Belly. The rooms are absolutely amazing and well kept.
