Some things were in disrepair, but didn't impact our stay.

City centre location

Front entrance was dirty and we didn’t get information about access until after our check in time which made us anxious. However the host was kind enough to agree to us checking in earlier than advertised.

Convenient location, easy walk to city. Kitchen reasonably well equipped. Clean. Comfy bed.

Bit of a stretch to call if 'luxury'. It was rather sparse and I had to hunt down the modem to get the wifi password. There were no touches such as tissues and no tea towels, just a white hand towel in the kitchen (host apologised for this).

The location was perfect so close to everything located in the city we could walk everywhere and didn't have to get a taxi. The apartment was so clean, I was so impressed with the level of cleanliness. Would absolutely recommend. And there was a nice view too.

There was less windows in the apartment than expected I just wish there was more. I know that's not something the proterty owning could control just how the building was made.

It was value for money , very clean, the location good the owner very good

Tĥe beds creaked a lot, it was very hot in bed rooms even with fans on, road noise when bedroon window open

IT was in a great spot. our bedroom had no window very stuffy the room was small with a rail for all our clothes living out of a suit case on the floor we were there for 6 days 4 adults one two seater settee all so beds are very stained and the pillows were poor and only 2 wine glasses and 2 plastic glasses one tea towel and a flannel for the dishes not Luxury

We found ourselves in a position of needing some accommodation in Belfast due to a sudden family bereavement at very short notice, first and foremost the communication from the host Thomas was absolutely first class, clear instructions were left on how to obtain the keys to the property via whatsapp, the 2 bed apartment itself is modern, secure, spacious and very clean with everything that we possibly needed, and all at a location a 10 min walk from the city centre, highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike, it ticked every box for us.

Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Shower was great. Thomas was very helpful and process was really easy.

Beds are a bit squeaky.
