Luxury city centre apartment Belfast

Clean facilities, good location.

Close to city centre.

The whole place was spotless. Was in a good location and the facilities were excellent. Owner was on the ball completely and was ready to help us with whatever we needed. 5 star

Everything was spot on

Building was nice and had everything that was needed. Good value for money.

Was quite basic furniture and fittings and perhaps a bit further out than expected. keypad rather than key between group would have been preferred.

1. It had 2 bathrooms in a 2 bed apartment 2. You had a coffee machine in the kitchen 3. Nice clean modern(ish) kitchen 4. You were provided with towels and some shower gel 5. Good location within easy walking distance of St George’s Market

1. No wardrobe space or drawer space to put your clothes in either bedroom - the best you had was a cheap clothes rail in each with free hangars! 2. The beds were clearly the cheapest you could buy. Very unstable and basic. 3. The mattress and the pillows were as flat as pancakes (I ended up buying 2 of my own pillows which isn’t on). 4. The mattress was stained and the sheets didn’t even fit the mattress 5. The en-suite toilet had a loose toilet seat and the toilet didn’t even flush properly 6. Stains all over the carpet and mould in the shower, bedding was also ripped 7. Building was full of students as if this should have been student accommodation that is being rented out (fire doors on both bedrooms I would suggest giving that away) 8. Noisy building due to most being students - parties until the early hours impacting on your sleep 9. Located road side on a busy road 10. Far too hot with hardly any ventilation - and it wasn’t even the height of summer! One bedroom has no window at all.
