Luxury city centre apartment Belfast

Owner went out to buy us fans as we were hot in the flat.

The location and cleanliness.

Re aircon didn’t help to cool the back room and the couch only had space for 2 but the apartment slept 4.

The appartment was comfortable, nice and with a lot of equipments. The owner was nice/kindly, very helpfull and available for any question.

Some noise of the street could be disturbing with opened windows but no issue when the windows are closed.

Very conveniently situated close to the city centre , place was secure ,very neat and tidy and of good hotel standard and reasonably priced ! I was impressed :) The owner was very nice .

Everything was great ! no complaints

The place is perfect for family stay

Some facilities need final touch like the toilet flush and the blinds

Although next to a busy road, the apartment itself was quiet. The host was quick to respond to any queries.

The lockbox was a bit tricky to find but guided by the host I got there in the end. The location is not particularly central (but within walking distance of both the city centre and the Queen's university campus).

Very neat and freshly kitted out apartment. Host gave an excellent description on how to enter the building and where to find the key. We were staying for a conference in Queens University and it was a good location within walking distance of it.

The bed is an ikea classic and not very comfortable, we felt a thicker mattress was definitely needed for a good nights sleep, we all woke up stiff. The blind in the bedroom wouldn't stay down, we had to put a bag against it to keep it closed. Ideally some curtains in the living room/kitchen would be great for closing at night, we were aware that building around us could easily look in at us. These are all minor things that are easily changed to make it 100% perfect, I wouldn't let it put people off staying.

Location was great and apartment was very clean.

Needed more towels.
