Too many cockroaches, leaking faucet, uncomfortable bed cushion w/o bed frame

Regret to booking staycation I won’t book anymore for this

We we're given a wrong room on our first night.

There's hidden charges. A lot of hidden charges.. charges for using pool per person per day didn't indicate clearly, utility fee per day per person. And late payment for check in and check out. We didn't expect this, the bathroom sink is flooding. If you use a stove they're going to smoke because smoke chimneys are not working. Upload photos in this staycation are not real. Too different..

The booking was not organized. Cooking is all but hassle. Dirty floors, dirty premise.

we didn't avail of breakfast, we left early, we didn't use the pool as there was an extra charge, and we are still waiting for the refund of our security deposit. just had a hard time when we checked out, because of the access to the elevator, we needed to wait for someone who had the key. as we have to leave the keys to the room.

there was no tissue or water. they should inform us that there are no usual hotel amenities. also, they should inform us that there are another payment for the use of the pool.
