I like that the place beside Sm shopping mall.

Everything wasn't good. I checked in early but didn't entertain well. The place was so uncomfortable, dirty and smell bad. I had to pay taxes and i had to pay extra for electric, and wifi. First time I encounter to checked in and pay more for electric and wifi. So disappointing.

I did not like my stay because lots of roaches crawling. The room not clean at all. I only stay 1 night then I moved to Marco Polo.

The main person (Nissan) and his sister. I checked in late 11pm, they messaged me about utility bills of 150 per head which should be part of what I paid like for using air conditioning and water, he said it covers cleaning (which they never did) the use of fridge and lights. when my mom arrived and my sister less than 24 hours of stay, they charges me 300 for them which is ridiculous as the AC is only one. I really don’t get the point. horrible horrible service and room. in my 10 years of using Booking.com I have never been disappointed and disgusted in all the hotels and condo I used until this one from BSA Twin Towers. hidden charges which is absolutely ridiculous cockroaches in cupboards and beds bathroom fixtures that was left unfixed kitchen utensils that has hardened steamed rice on it, kitchen condiments that has been there perhaps for a year (left open and probably has cockroaches inside) towels and bedsheets in unacceptable state completely horrible experience never in my life have I seen such a disappointing room. they showed me 3 to 4 units all of the same condition. unbelievable!
