Family Staycation with Pool

Location because my work was just a few stepa from thw property

No bidet, shower area looks dirty we did not even try to take a bath, there was a cockroach near the bed, no bed sheet, cable tv was grainy and only has 3 channels

No breakfast included, but location is good.

Overall, the room was not ready when I arrived at the hotel. Just like the previous reviews, there were still lots of roaches. I gave it the benefit of the doubt that maybe the management address the issues already. The bathroom wasn’t acceptable and I was ready to find another place. But the hostess was kind enough to offer that they have a vacant unit and I agreed to move to the other one at 11:30PM. It was in a better condition and I just want to thank them for their consideration. 👍🙏🌈

There are small cockroaches in the property, the bed, sofas everything very unclean, unhygienic. The room smell like fish. There are hidden cost in addition to the payment made through the booking.com. For example property owner charge extra payment for electricity, gas and wifi. Moreover, booking.com doesn’t take any action after complaining to them.

Most of the appliances and furnitures inside the unit are broken. Aircon is not working well. A lot of hidden charges on top of the booking fee.

Entrance and Reception: This room is located in Tower B of the BSA twin towers. The owner is responsive to your online queries. The staff who met us were a bit loud and acts as if we are not guests. They asked us to come to Tower A because we are in tower B. Then, after meeting them, we rode the elevator and they keep on telling us that the room is in Tower B. We were having lots of carry-on baggage at that time and it was exhausting with all the changing of elevators. They also left me inside the elevator with no access card. Good thing there was someone else in the elevator with me. It was irritating. 📌Room: The room is huge but smells old and is not maintained. It has 2 built-in cabinets, used as storage for pillows and towels. There are 2 extra mattresses and 4 pillows. The blankets are so thin which rendered useless during cold nights. There is an iron available. 2 televisions but only the smaller one works. You will have a hard time opening the TV with the remote control. The kitchen has supplies in it. It has a microwave, utensils, refrigerator, rice cooker, and induction stove as well. No washing machine. The toilet's sink is clogged. Wifi connection is unstable and slow. 📌Amenities: The building has a pool on it. It was mentioned that we need to pay for it but if you "reserved" it in advance, it will be free of charge. 📌Check-out: Hassle-free check-out (less than a minute only). We just left our key card in the dining table. Conclusions: 2/5⭐️ ⭐️ There are lots of small cockroaches in the room. There will be miscellaneous fees (utility fees) to be settled immediately. Php150/person/night so be sure to have your cash ready. And an additional php300 deposit for the key card. The refund of the php300 deposit will be sent thru your gcash account. The whole place is good in general. It's spacious and with good vibes.

There were additional fees on top of the actual price listed. 150/head for utilities (electricity, water, wifi, etc). It's kind of a false advertisement since they mentioned in the listing that there's a free wifi.

Location was good and water pressure was good

The lady that bring the key was bit rude at first Toilet had no seat -lead was broken and sitting on the floor Bathroom sink still had dirty water and was blocked Shower drain was partly blocked and full of hair before we started using it Need to ask for toilet paper and battery for tv remote as theres none Wall near the bed was dirty and the room smell Shower door was half hanging on the floor and woudn’t slide Blanket and towels are good size for kids only Not sure if the beddings have been change so we have to buy a new set from SM They said staycation with pool but they charge extra if we want to use the pool thats after we pay and thought everything was settled And they charge extra P150 more per head for all in utility fee which they didnt say before making the booking Also in their Ads it says with washing machine but theres none and garden view which is not.
