"Superb in every way"

The studio is very modern, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were very welcoming and there to hand over the key on our arrival. The location is ideal as a base to explore the surrounding area and only a few minutes away from the beach at Seaham. We will be returning.

"An Exceptional Find"

Great location - peaceful and secure. The studio was very clean and well cared for and lots of little extras to make our stay comfortable. Exceptional hosts who were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent value, highly recommend. We hope to stay again when in the area.

"Perfect stay."

Location was out in the country although near a quite major road, but it suited us perfectly. Beautifully appointed studio in the owners' garden and the owners were wonderful. Very clean.

"A little gem"

The most beautiful little place. We just needed a few nights away after some personal issues. It was the tonic we needed. Diane and Alan are lovely and so accommodating. The studio was absolutely spotless, it was comfortable, had everything you need including toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, a little box full of snacks, there was even ice in the freezer. The bed was so comfortable, I have a chronic illness and find it hard to sleep. I slept really well both nights. We are really looking forward to staying here again.

"Super stay"

Friendly hosts, great location, very well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Milk, water, and other coffee, tea, and other snacks also provided. Great stay

Wifi was adequate for us, but might be a bit slow/intermittent if you're thinking of streaming or working
