"A restful stay near to Durham"

It was spotlessly clean, and very handy for Durham and the seaside.

The only problem I have because I’m not a very tall was that the dining chairs were difficult for me to get on but Dian did say they had other chairs they could provide

"Superb studio flat"

Host was so welcoming, and accommodation is immaculate. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable, and in such a lovely location. Best flat we have rented, having booked regular short stays in Sunderland area. Highly recommend.

We loved absolutely everything about Sharpley Hall. Dianne and her husband are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation is in a perfect spot if you're after something peaceful but close to Seaham beaches. Just a short walk away from the golf course cafe which serves delicious food. The room is spacious, modern, decorated with love. Loved loved loved our stay at Sharpley Hall.

"Simply amazing!"

In a nutshell....everything! Diane & Alan are amazing hosts and Sharpley Hall Garden Studio equally so. The Studio was spotlessly clean and extremely well furnished. High end accommodation for sure! The location is secure, quiet and with quick and easy access to Seaham and surrounding areas. Glowing reviews aside, Dee & I cannot stress how wonderful our hosts were and it is without question that we will return many times here. Facilties at the Studio were first class and a visitors book sharing suggestions on everything from great places to eat, visit and see. The owners have put in a fantastic amount of effort to ensure the stay here is comfortable at every level including safe and secure parking with your own electric gates key. Amazing place to stay, faultless.

This one is easy.........having to leave this lovely, lovely place! 😭

Beautiful setting, fabulous hosts, great place to come back to and relax after a day out - we couldn’t fault it! The golf course next door does a really good breakfast with a great view out to the North Sea.
