super clean with everything i needed {always take a bag with odd items can openers etc) but everything waiting for us . easy parking outside (in gated area) owners friendly but not intrusive. one of the best self caterings we have used very pleased.

there was nothing i did not like.. but be aware this is out of town (there is a golf course with restaurant/bar/breakfast room close but you really need access to a car to get the best out of the area

Access was perfect for my other half, on crutches - the open plan nature of the accommodation was perfect for anyone with limited mobility. Spotlessly clean and fresh, with all we needed and more. Very hospitable and welcoming hosts. Great communication prior to and during visit.

That we couldn't stay longer! It was really lovely- no complaints.

Property was stunning, Very clean and stylish. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE i didn’t leave it for 24 hours. Safe and secure with a locked gate.

"Exceptional, securely gated large private studio apartment in peaceful countryside just a couple of miles from the Count"

Delightful helpful friendly hosts, willing to do all they could to ensure a great holiday including offering use of their laundry facilities. Secure and beautiful country location next to the golf course where you can use their excellent cafe. Extremely well equipped with large private patio and furniture and studio very close to Ryhope, Seaham and the heritage coast.

Personally we found the mattresses on the twin/Superking too soft but we feel there is nothing you could fault this modern studio on.
