The Kingston Court

The room was very clean and neatly done. We really liked the location... Near to kandy town and not far for us to go have a look at the temples and attractions. Anything we needed as in food to eat and stores were also very close and easy access to the Kingston Court. The Kingston Court is an amazing place to chill and relax... We really had an awesome time.... Highly recommend to anyone planing to stay in kandy for a few days and more.... Thanks again KC.

We had a wonderful time....the room especially the bed was so comfortable and very clean. Excellent location... So close to everything you need. And the best part is the value of the roomrate and amazing. We loved spending time with the owner Shan. He is very friendly and respectful. We will for sure come and stay at the Kingston Court from now on... This is out new hand out place in kandy.

I had a wonderful stay at Kingston Court in Kandy. The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. A special thank you to Mr. Shawn, the owner, who was incredibly helpful throughout my trip. His warm hospitality made me feel right at home. It was also lovely to know the place is named after his son, Kingston — a nice personal touch that reflects the family's care and pride in the place. Everything during my stay went smoothly, and I truly appreciate the effort Mr. Shawn put into making it a great experience. I would definitely recommend Kingston Court to anyone visiting Kandy and would love to stay here again in the future!

Our experience at The Kingston Court in Kandy was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Shawn, the host, welcomed us with such warmth and care that we immediately felt at home. His hospitality is truly exceptional — he goes far beyond what you expect from a host. Shawn not only helped us plan our entire Sri Lanka itinerary with excellent suggestions, but also shared valuable tips on local eateries, hidden gems, and must-do experiences. His local knowledge and passion for making his guests feel comfortable made a huge difference in our trip. Everything we asked for — he was always there to assist with a smile. As a beautiful gesture, Shawn upgraded our room at no extra charge — a thoughtful surprise that added even more comfort to our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and very cozy. The property itself is a hidden gem — full of antique charm, character, and peaceful vibes. You truly start appreciating the beauty of this place the longer you stay. Adding to the charm of The Kingston Court are the lovely furry friends on the property — Lola the friendly dog and Garfield the adorable cat. They added so much warmth to our stay, making it feel even more like home. If you’re an animal lover, they will surely steal your heart! Staying at The Kingston Court was not just about having a place to sleep — it was about experiencing genuine Sri Lankan hospitality, where you are treated like family. We left with beautiful memories and hearts full of gratitude. I would rate both the property and Shawn 10/10 without hesitation. I highly recommend The Kingston Court to anyone visiting Kandy. The Kingston Court provides excellent facilities. Everything we needed they had and more. We couldn't believe the cost over comfort.... The lowest in roomrate with the most comfortable environment. Such great value in the current market. We love to travel and try out different venues.... The Kingston Court has to be in our top 5 of amazing valued places we have stayed. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very nice.... The bed was very comfortable and clean. We liked the kitchen... Everything needed for cooking... Like our own home. We really like Mr. Shon... He is very nice and we had a great time with him and his family. We will come again and we will tell all our friends about this place. The villa is in a great location for travel and access to busses and tuk tuks. Very great experience and service.

We loved our stay at the Kingston Court..... Such a cool place... We have never seen a wonderful place like this before. The decorations and items are a story of where the owner Mr. Shawn have been traveling around the world. He is an amazing host. Helped us with everything. There is everything you need next to the hotel. Restaurant and shops. Mr. Shawn also arranged a tour guide and a car for us. We loved our stay and have already reserved a few rooms for the next weekend for us and our friends at the Kingston Court

The room and everything was amazing... The Kingston Court was very clean and so comfortable. We were able to cook our meals. The Kingston Court provided all cooking features making it feel like our own home. We loved the vibe and immediate felt so welcomed and relaxed. The Kingston bar is amazing... We have never seen and tried the custom cocktails anywhere in sri lanka. The prices were also very affordable. All in all an amazing experience... We will definitely come back and bring our friends and family with us. Thank you very much Mr. Shawn and his warm family. And thank you Kingston Court.

The Kingston Court staff waited until we checked in around 2 in the morning... Mr Shawn was so nice and friendly. The place is beautiful and very clean and tidy... We were surprised at how children safe it is... Mr Shawn also went the extra mile in organizing a few toys for our child. We never expected that. The room was very big as well as the washroom..... Modern and stylish with all prepaid channels available. We booked for an extra few days more because it's worth it and we want to stay and enjoy a bit more..... Thank you Mr. Shawn and the Kingston Court. We are having a wonderful time... We highly recommend to everyone who is passing by kandy to stay here... It's so much better than expected.

We had an amazing time staying at the Kingston Court Boutique Villa kandy.... The host Mr. Shawn was so helpful and kind.. We were laughing all night long in there wonderful and warm bar. The Kingston Court has their own tour car and tour guide and he showed us places we never knew. It was a pleasure and we loved it.... We have recommended the Kingston Court to all our friends and now they too have stayed there and had the same excellent experience as us... Thank you Mr. Shawn and thank u the Kingston Court.... We have ready planned to stay there in a few weeks time with our friends.
