Hospitality, cleanliness behaviour etc, was beyond my expectations. Fabulous property. Wonderful management. Really funtastic. Strongly recommend to everyone. Feels like my own home. They provide s everything as we desired.

The hype is real folks! Mr. Shawn is an amazing host, easily the most helpful we've had in our many travels. His place is nice, 1 minute from a bus stop, quiet at night, and hands down the best value for money you can ask for.

Our experience at Kingston Court was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The place was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment while still being convenient for exploring the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the comfortable rooms, the beautiful ambiance, and the overall attention to detail. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend Kingston Court to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back.

From the first contact with the owner I understand that our experience in this location will be a pleasant one. But in fact what we received was much more than our expectations !!! First the location is very good, easy to arrive by bus, very clean and well decorated, many commodities around. Shawn is the most amazing person we ever met! He helped us with a lot of advice, showed us around, and helped us to arrive in time to the railway station. He is the perfect person to contact if you need any help !!! Always ready to help and to support support people in need! Finally after just one day, we become family friends! His children are amazing, very sweet and well educated! It was really difficult to leave the place ! If you are a single woman travel, this is the best save place to stay in Kandy !

Spacious room with surprisingly comfortable bed (given that it was very firm). Had a really good nights sleep! Great to have access to kitchen facilities and some outdoor space. Shawn (the owner) is terrific - English is his first language so had some interesting conversations and were able to get recommendations from him about where to visit and where to eat etc.

Access is up a steep road which was a challenge for our tuk tuk.

Everything was great, the host, Shawn is super nice and friendly, he helped us a lot with everything possible imagine The room was also nice, clean, bright and we had everything we needed

Everything is very good. Easily reachable by public bus, clean and relaxing room and very very very hospitable host. Shawn makes sure you are ok, gives advice about what to see, what to do, train, buses, basically you have any questions just ask him.
