Quinta Santa Anita

Overall, it was a good stay and based on the construction happening, I think it will be an excellent hotel in the very near future. Nice overall style, good location (close, but not too close to all the 'action'). WiFi was solid (in room) and was able to have a one hour web meeting with 5 people and no issues. Recommendation: eat at the vegetarian place across the street (even if you are a carnivore) - it's amazing.

As noted, the construction will really make this hotel great, but I had to deal with it so I guess that's the price of making improvements. Can't always win!

Everything not very new, quite used I would say,

Most Staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. From the clerk at the reception to the cleaning lady I felt much more than a walking Dollar$ Here you are at walkable distance to anything, just around the corner from the hotel there a two Mega stores that sell everything, the ADO bus station, the avenida 30 where all the collectivos/minivans pass, really nice restaurant (like the famous El Fogón)

I was at the 3d floor and they were doing building the 4th floor, they started hammering at 8am. The gentleman at the reception was very kind and I think it's the reason the next day they started a bit later.

The staff is very friendly and helpful (we arrived late and they wanted for us) and the Location is excellent. Laundry bar is just around the corner and Ceiba bar for breakfast is 280 metars away and it’s an excellent option. Pharmacy and several supermarkets are close by and so is the beach and the pedesetima drag.

the triler flush was a little bit tricky and since we were arriving late we would have appreciated to have been able to organize the transfer with the property director

Staff is very friendly, beds are big and comfortable

Hotel is very noisy, there is currently construction going on, they start at 8 am and keep going until 6 ish. I expect the construction to continue until at least January 2023. We did not have hot water and the fridge leaked so much water that one of our suitcases was soaked before we found out. The beds take up so much room that there is basically no storage space.

That the room is quite as it is not on a main or busy street. Bed is comfortable Wifi was working well Had a safe and a small fridge.

The bathroom was a bit small There was no hot water in the shower. Not sure why.
