The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful and the rooms are beautiful, welcoming and very clean.

Our stay was miserable. The room (404) we got was never properly cleaned after refurbishment; it looked terrible, paint, dust, construction work remains everywhere. No hot water. No WiFi. And what is even worse is that the gentlemen who was working on the 25th of December 2022 lied to us MULTIPLE times. He changed his statements during the conversation many times. Furthermore, he did the complete opposite that he promised. After a terrible night and many discussions, we received a new room (which he kept denying that they had... yet after 10 minutes of discussion, he realized that they eventually had an empty room, #304 was exactly the same as #404 but cleaner and with hot water). We did not wish for anything extraordinary; we were aware of the hotel category we booked; we just wanted: cleanliness, hot water, WiFi. We don’t recommend anybody to stay there. Some photos are attached, although it was difficult to capture it properly.

Was clean and well maintained. Amazing shower pressure.

Very good location, shopping center and the best tacos 3 minutes walk away, close to the center but located in a quiet area.

The air conditioner didn't work, but it wasn't really needed.

Pleasant staff, close to the Mega supermaket. Also close to the ADO alterna bus station if travelling onwards by bus

The ground floor room next to the Reception was often noisy with early check outs and loud Mexican families at 6am. When making the booking, request an upper floor. A bedside lamp for reading would be nice

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, really close to ADO bus station and the big grocery store. The wifi was working great. All the staff really kind and helpfull.

It could be more clean, the fridge wasnt warking, there were some mold in the bathroom and in the room.
