Quinta Santa Anita

The room was nice and big and the air conditioning worked well. All the staff were very friendly, and the room was well cleaned every day. Location was set a bit away from the main strip which is what we were looking for, while still being central to everything.

This hotel would honestly be rated higher if it weren't for the wifi, which just didn't work in our room. Opening the door helped some, and if we sat out in the corridor there wasn't a problem. Just inconvenient. Also, while we didn't get the noise from the bars on Fifth Avenue, if you are a light sleeper and have neighbours or anyone staying above you, you WILL hear them.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The location is very good-calm and close to the big market and the city center.

Was not to far to walk to 5th Avenue. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable

Only negative was hot water ran out very quickly in the shower however the water was not real cold anyway

I enjoyed the staff, they were so helpful and nice. I also liked the location, it was 4 blocks from 15th street, so easy access to everything, even a grocery store across the street. Best of all, as i've learned from staying closer to 15 th street it was a very quiet neighborhood, hard to find those two things together.

As with every hotel here, there are no channels with English or even subtitles in English. I had my tv on for 5 mins before i gave up. I still have all my online apps, Netflix, Amazon, Prime video. So that's a very minor issue. The only thing i wish the rooms had in them were a reading light by the bed, that would help a lot.

We had paid for 3 nights and a confirmed reservation for the 4th night. They made us change the room in the middle of our stay preventing us from keeping any food in the fridge etc. And they made us believe the 4th night is okey and told us to pay on that day. But after 3 nights they told us the hotel is full and literally kicked us out without any kind of compensation. I tried to show the confirmation to the staff but they got angry and told us to go find another place (it was new years eve and every place was full). Staff is very rude and seems to be hiding behind a language barrier even tho appeared to understand English really well. Also the rooms had a lot of ants running around beds and everything.

it was clean place and good choice if you only stay during night and will go out for the parks during the day. people are nice, location is good.

a little noisy during the night, it seems some constructions around, and no tables or chairs in the room. compared with the price, it is ok...
