Fawsley Hall Hotel

All meals were excellent would recommend the fine dinning.The staff were all very professional but friendly as well the location and building are stunning

Despite booking table for dinner months in advance on arrival they needed to bring us forward by 45 minutes although this did not really effect us it was slightly disappointing

Spa / swim area a little unfriendly to families / only available 8-10 and 3-5:30 and hot tub out of bounds even during these times

Loved the great hall . Loved the outdoor jacuzzi. Bar staff at Tudor made me a Long Island iced tea that wasn’t on their menu.

Swimming pool too shallow & spa busy at time with not enough beds. Access road terrible, full of pot holes with some really large ones close to hotel. Not a road i would want to travel in the dark in fear of damaging my new car. Surely the hotel could invest in a bag of to protect their customers & staff ! Tudor bar restaurant, Saturday night, felt rushed to order. Were not asked if we wanted to try the wine, just poured. A bit of customer service training needed, but all staff friendly .

Great facilities, breakfast was perfect and really nice sized rooms

This was our fifth stay at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa. This time we travelled over three hours to get here and, despite now living in Yorkshire, no spa we have visited can quite live up to Fawsley Hall. As always, it was a wonderful, peaceful and relaxing two-night stay. We stayed in a room above the spa again, which was extremely convenient for making full use of the facilities. Karen at check-in was very helpful. Chris at the Tudor Bar was so helpful when we were choosing our food, and on the second night Kylie and Rahul were equally attentive. Helen was also very helpful in the evening at reception, as were Tammy at the spa and Lauren at breakfast. The food was perfect as usual, especially at breakfast. This is a testament to Chef Joe, who clearly has a great eye for detail and puts a lot of care into what he does. Our dietary needs are always accommodated, so a huge thank you to him. I would also like to say a special thanks to Sean, who was so helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay as well. We can’t wait for our next stay.

The flush in the bathroom stopped working, it was reviewed, however, it stopped working for a second time. The water in the sink was not draining properly and it did not improve despite being reviewed.
