Great location and features .

Paying £7.50 for a pint of lager then being charged a service charge of over 5.50 to bring it to my table when we were told to sit down 😡 and also being charged £5.50 For a bottle of water 😡

The property is fabulous. Beautifully renovated Tudor building. The spa is lovely and relaxing. Great evening meal and breakfast.

Would of liked a set menu option in brasserie to suit all budgets.

Stunning surroundings and interior, perfect for a romantic, switch off from everyday life getaway, attentive but not intrusive staff, gorgeoous breakfast experience, lots of choice, could not ask for more.

There were only 7 or 8 tables in the soa that had been reserved in the morning and sat empty for most of the day :( we had asked if there was an available slot as had noticed the empty tables but was told no, so ended up eating a sandwich at a breakfast bar, aside from this the spa had excellent facilities

Amazing rooms, spa, tennis court and staff! The afternoon tea was excellent too. It was my second time visiting and will definitely be back!

It would be great to have a bit more variety on the restaurant menu.
