"Beautiful hotel, let down by miscommunication"

Beautiful hotel and incredible staff, but let down by miscommunication. Our stay at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa was lovely, and the staff were absolutely incredible!

we only stayed for one night and were very disappointed that we never got to use the spa facilities. We were told by the receptionist that the spa closed at 9:30 PM with the last entry at 8:30 PM. We arrived at 8:22 PM only to find the facilities completely shut. It turns out we were given the incorrect opening times for that day of the week. Furthermore, we were placed in a standard double room instead of the "cosy classic double" we had originally booked. It was a shame to miss out on the spa and not get the room we wanted after planning our entire day around it.

Beautiful grounds Exceptional room

We unfortunately left a jacket and charger in the room. When I went back to collect they had not been handed in . Staff were not particularly helpful
