Mount Cinnamon Beach & Wellness Resort

Stayed in one of the modernised Cinnamon Suite rooms with the large picture window. Lovely room with comfy sofa and stunning view of you ignore the derelict hotel next door. Man helping with sun beds on the beach was very helpful.

The pool which was 5ft deep around edge and then 10 feet deep!! It was very small and enclosed, it was not a great pool and in reality is worse than the pictures. Beach lovely but noisy. View beautiful but there is a very big half finished and now derelict hotel the side of the property in very close proximity which they fail to show in pictures. Website pictures in general don’t really show it as it is. The service was very hit & miss, mostly miss. The staff seemed unhappy in their work and not engaged. The reception person couldn’t even be bothered to ask us if we enjoyed our stay, just took our money and handed us a receipt. It didn’t seem like a boutique hotel. It only has 36 rooms, but it was soulless. It felt like we were staying in a much bigger hotel with no personality or personal touches.

Great villas. Amazing views. Exceptional beach bar and rec activities for kids. Gracious servers and staff.

Inconsistent courtesy shuttle service timing with a couple steep walks to upper villas

Elegant welcome and check in with rum punch; Quiet, wonderful beach, not crowded, lovely beachfront Savvy bar/restaurant, Friday evening bonfire party, lawn games, tasty breakfast at Flying Fish, very cosy Villa 1- sleeps 5-6; great outdoor patio with ocean views; the walk down and up to and from the beach can be a factor for some; morning yoga is a plus; pool is more ornamental and was not used by any guests; piano at the check in lounge is a small touch; overall clean; keep an eye out for centipedes on your clothes or shoes left on the floor- tropical life. Fully equipped kitchen and full refrigerator can allow a family to prepare meals if needed. Overall excellent experience.

deslocamento dos quartos mais afastados é longe um pouco da area da piscina.

Breakfasts were very good.

We had the impression that the hotel was on the beach, not across the street and down the path.
