"Great place. Staff needs to be more responsive in a timely manner."

Beautiful property. Good access to beach.

Staff was slow responding at times. Took too long to get porters to help move luggage when checking out. Property arranged a taxi to take us to cruise port at the end of the stay. The taxi was almost an hour late. Service in restaurant was slow too.

"Gorgeous hotel with great facilities!"

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location with a great beach bar. The concierges were fantastic, Joshua and Laura were my superstars. Taxis and shuttles were really easy to arrange to get about on the island.

The staff were incredible throughout our stay from breakfast and dinner in the hotel to lunch down in the beach cabana. A free lift service from your room to the beach and back also made ferrying back and forth easy when needed as well as drop offs at. Local establishments for a reasonable price. The rooms were spacious and came with great views and daily cleans and free cookies for a sweet treat before dinner. Cannot recommend more and enjoyed our stay and being treated so well by the staff both in and out of the hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely casual atmosphere Great views and beach facilities. Food was a great mix leaning towards local dishes lightly spiced.

Great beach. Waves, rare in the Caribbean. nice boutique feel Great beach restaurant

rented three rooms. One had faulty air-conditioning, the other had repeated smells of sewage despite notifying staff very slow service over the whole island, even pronounced for caribbean “island time”
