"Not the best but not the worst needs some work"

It wasn't far from My Grandkids and family

No washcloth in the room No ice in the ice machine I understand it's winter but still want ice for drinks also hot tub wasn't very hot it's was late in the evening so I didn't want to bother anybody so I guess part of it's my fault the orange juice tasted bad or old

"Overall a nice motel, but needs to work on getting reliable heat"

Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

No working heat in the room. Not a problem in summer but it was -2 on the last day and the room was absolutely freezing

"It was nice, liked the room & pool/hot tub"

It was clean and comfortable, hot tub & pool were nice.

Continental breakfast was lacking, pretty sparse. Coffee was not made either morning. No waffles, cereal or drink options besides coffee.

"Cheap an you get what you pay for"

Room was clean except for the bathroom

I paid extra for the room with the “hot tub” which was really a jacuzzi. When I turned it on, orange slime came out of the tub and left a sticky foam on top of the water that when drained left brown streaks in the tub. When I asked management to refund the difference between the jacuzzi room and standard room, he told me there was nothing they could do.

new mattresses were very comfortable, heating/cooling easy to adjust, fridge is convenient.

Hard to use Roku tv.
