"Could use a lot of cosmetic help, though very comfortable beds & pillows."

Convenient. Nice sized pool and hot tub. Beds extremely comfortable.

Very dated, carpenter extremely inexperienced. Many patches, and missing paint. Bathroom floor incredibly sticky. Furniture a bit beat up. 3 decent sized bugs in my room. TV was mostly streaming, add your info, I think. Too much hassle to bother with. Pool was super cold… like unswimably freezing cold (and I’m never cold!).

Our room was clean and comfortable, the kids really enjoyed the pool, and the booking process through Booking.com was easy and convenient.

Could have used a couple more pillows and towels. We did ask for more towels and the guy at the front desk got us more with no issue.

"Do Better"

Hot tub and pool.for the kids.

Pool is freezing cold in the middle of winter. 2nd floor with no elevator. Room and hallway on 2nd floor was so hot it was uncomfortable. Barley could sleep because we had to have air on when it was 30 degrees outside. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Rooms had spackle on walls to fix holes. T.V. is tiny. No ice machine. Had another guest and staff member try to open my door at midnight thankfully I had the chain lock locked. Says it offers contental breakfast that consists of bad coffee and toast.
