Tudo perfeito! Acomodação, Piscina, Restaurante, o beach club além dos funcionários serem super atenciosos, inclusive a Mônica Gerente que é uma pessoal que gosta do so hotel e do que faz. O Hotel ainda conta com uma piscina no 3o andar e um terraço em cima do restaurante com vista para a praia. Voltaria mais vezes!

The property is right in the middle of all the beach clubs. It is also a beach front property. You can access the beach at any given time. There is a guard outside in the after hours. Staff makes you feel super safe!

They have no small bedroom coffee makers. Or available coffee for guest unless you order at their kitchen. That’s a big deal for me. Also, i follow news in the morning, so no tv’s. Fyi; I vacationed during the seaweed season which is June. If you don’t like the noise from the surrounding clubs this is not your place.

We loved our beautiful ocean front room, the view and location were perfect. Also liked no TV's or phone in the room. The staff here was so friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and responsive to all our needs. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's a little on the quiet side but perfectly seated in the heart of all the action, there are many restaurants and beach clubs in walking distance. The beach is beautiful and flat in frontand the staff keeps it clean. Truly, the experience was wonderful and we can't thank the staff enough. Every. Single. One. Of. Them!

Really in the heart of Tulum beach scene, taxis can be a pain in that area but this location makes it super easy to got to all the main restaurants and nightlife!
