Très bon accueil par tous. Notre chambre était dans le bâtiment principal, très calme, grande et luxueuse avec grand balcon. Le resto est très bon Belle plage plutôt branchée

La musique omnipresente côté plage et se superposant à celle du club à côté.

The staff and management were so welcoming, very accommodating and helpful during our entire 9 night stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy the whole trip. The beach is beautiful and raked every day, sun loungers and bean bag chairs were awesome. The rooms are very soundproofed, and the beds extremely comfortable. Super clean and immaculate room. The food at the beach bar/restaurant was very good.

Did not love the noise well into the night of the neighbouring hotel. The rooms however are quite soundproofed, so you could still get to sleep no problem. Mixed drinks at the bar were very lacking in flavour and alcohol.

On a stunning part of the beach and the service and staff were excellent. Really good value for money, would go back. We also had a great sea view waking up to that every morning made our trip!

The AC in our room was broken, it was super loud sounded like an airplane engine and nothing could be done. Also the electricity kept tripping so the AC and ceiling fan would randomly come on and off which messes up with the room temp and your sleep. Also the club next door is constantly super loud so if you’re a light sleeper or want some relaxing beach time during the day this would not work! Final but minor point, there are no TVs in the rooms which is a bit odd.

L'albergo è direttamente sulla spiaggia, con piscina bellissima in spiaggia ed altra panoramica sul tetto. La camera era grande e ben servita, il servizio ottimo. Bar e ristorante (nel nostro periodo solo a pranzo) buono ma un po' caro come tutta la zona hotelera di Tulum. L'hotel è tranquillo, purtroppo è circondato da locali che giorno e parte della notte sparano musica altissima disturbando il relax ed il riposo.

La zona è lontana dal centro di Tulum e per spostarsi (se non si ha la macchina) è indispensabile usare un taxi che è molto caro, 25 dollari per qualsiasi destinazione inclusa la stazione degli autobus. IN alternativa si può optare per il noleggio di bici o scooter ma sono molto cari. L'albergo e la spiaggia sono bellissimi, intorno però ci sono solo locali per giovani e tutto è molto costoso, a misura di nordamericani
