An outstanding hotel in every sense — from the beautiful facilities to the exceptional staff. Immaculately clean, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed, it delivered a truly sensory vacation experience. The beachfront is simply spectacular, and the staff consistently went above and beyond, always one step ahead and anticipating our every need.

The service was incredible. They were very communicative and helpful. The property is gorgeous and the location is within walking/biking distance to excellent restaurants, clubs and shops

We had a private pool on the rooftop and it was amazing but the common area pool was dead and underwhelming. At the time of our stay there was so much seaweed on the beach it made the beach front property inaccessible

A true slice of heaven! Sana Tulum is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful, memorable, and deeply special. From the very first touchpoint with the concierge before we arrived, and throughout our stay, the staff was consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architectural design. The food, the comfort, the music, and the intentional layout of the rooms, dining spaces, rooftop, and especially the beachside outdoor sitting and dancing area—all of it felt beautifully curated. The location was also incredible: on a beautiful, safe street with amazing restaurants and charming boutique shops just a short walk away. What a gift. Thank you so much. We will absolutely be back!

From the moment of arrival, the hotel’s positive energy and tranquil vibe make you feel completely at ease. The beach is pristine and stunning, ideal for long walks, while the jungle surroundings add a sense of privacy, harmony, and connection with nature. Watching the sunrise over the ocean is an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene, ideal for disconnecting and fully relaxing. The rooms were exceptional—spacious, beautifully curated, and supremely comfortable, with natural materials, artisanal details, and high-quality finishes. Everything was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, creating a sense of intimacy, authenticity, and refined boutique luxury. Another wonderful aspect is the friendly, open atmosphere of Tulum South Beach. It’s incredibly easy to meet people here—whether during beach walks, at nearby cafés, or over sunset cocktails—which adds a warm and social dimension to the otherwise tranquil experience. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, adding to the sense of personalized boutique hospitality. A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. SANA TULUM is perfect for travelers seeking a boutique eco-luxury experience, combining jungle, beach, sustainability, tranquility, and understated elegance in one of Tulum’s most beautiful settings. Highly recommended—I would gladly return.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
