Botanic Rest Queens Quarter

Breakfast was good cereal oats ect and toast & jams tea & coffee. My room was clean with tea/coffee facilities. Freedom to come and go

Room facing the front street so noisy & cold at night. Also there was bedbugs! When I asked to change room I was told they didn’t have a spare room! I got no apology when I left the next day. I would never book there again as all their faults are masked. I have booked lots of places all over the world and this one gets bottom place because of bed bugs!! They should close for a few days and fumigate the place

The property and the rooms were very clean. The bathroom was very clean with a good shower. There was also a comfortable lounge with TV and a small kitchen area with a fridge and microwave.

Very disappointed with my stay as there was no water for majority of my time there. Got no email or anything in advance to be told that there was a problem with the water in the area but by later that evening everywhere else had water again but botanic rest after been told it should be back on later that evening. It wasn’t till an hour before I checked out the next day that water was back up and running and despite asking staff to get someone to contact me about the issue as well are emailing when home I still got no response from them. Was very disappointed and will not be returning or recommending to anyone.
