Back in the 1990s , it was heartbeat of student …location good.

Not a student area now. A lot of refugees . Lots of men walking about . Would not recommend this Location for woman especially single ladies. The room was basic. My issue was that it was not clean. The back of the TV has not been cleaned in YEARS!!! As someone who suffers from asthma. This was the issue I cancelled my booking.

The location is perfect for my travel needs! I felt like the room needed better planning. There was no bedside table, I didn't mind charging my devices on the outlets that were set far from the bed (inconvenient but tolerable), however, when lying in bed, there was nowhere to set down my water bottle, phone, or book for easy access. The room was clean, beds tidy - on my last visit the pillow was horrible; I had better luck this time but I do wish that any twin bed come with two pillows (the headboard isn't padded so you'd like the extra comfort when watching TV and/or if you need extra neck support whilst sleeping, which I do). The receptionist was fantastic, I'd give him ten stars! The key fob entry is great, I feel very safe, and overall, very satisfied!! 😊

I wouldn't say there is free parking included or free breakfast - it was referring to free spaces by the side of the road and cereal and milk in the downstairs room the room walls were also incredibly thin could were details of other people's conversations - grand for a one night stay and you do get what you pay for

Excellent shower and clean towels every day. Staff very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the coffee and tea making facilities.Location perfect and we had no trouble parking the hire car.

Room was far TOO warm and light over the mirror did not work. Not the fault of our landlords but the Botanic quarter can be very noisy on a weekend.

The lady on the front desk was polite and helpful

Several amenities were broken, including the shower head holder, the toilet roll holder and a crack in the sink itself, the blinds didn't full cover or fit the windows and noise from the street easily reached the room

It was very clean and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Very close to all amenities, it suited our needs as a place to sleep as we were visiting Family close by.

The shower in the room was very basic, and you had to hand hold the shower head to complete your shower. It refused to stay on the wall. It was also a little on the small side. It was hower en suite as described As I said for a three night stay, it did suit our needs
