"Really good value comfortable accommodation. Thank you."

Very comfy and well appointed. We loved all the techy things! I’m going to order one of those automatic bins! Very quiet at night time.

Parking. The instructions for getting into the property round the back streets arrived an hour after we checked OUT! There was parking at the property but we couldn’t get access.

Lovely little cabin and great location for exploring the North Devon coastline! Well chosen furnishings and well equipped for a shorter stay. The bed was super comfy and the heaters provided did a great job of warming up the cabin on the slightly chillier Spring nights. The cabin is tucked around the side of the main garden, which gives an unexpected sense of privacy.

A proper table would be useful- we struggled with the lack of eating space and the garden furniture outside wasn't quite big enough for us. A few more comprehensive written instructions- we weren't sure what to do with our recycling at the end of our stay.

Cosy and warm, absolutely fine for one night Bed was comfy and had a really good night's sleep, which is always a priority!

Blinds were see through when lights are on in the cabin. No way to cook/heat anything other than microwave so no facility to stick a couple of pizzas in when you arrive for example. No issue for us for just one night. Didn't realise there's a school access too so the single lane access road to the cabin was blocked with people, bikes, buggies, dogs etc, at 8.30am when we left, so avoid arriving or leaving at school drop off and pick up times if possible as it wasn't easy to navigate and we had a flight to catch so couldn't hang around for half an hour unfortunately, so leave plenty of time if you are on a schedule around those times.

Really comfortable cosy cabin, everything you could wish for, lovely bed and shower, not far from the tarka trail if you are cycling or walking.

"A very pleasant place for a short stay."

8.0

The accommodation is exceptionally well equipped and furnished for its purpose, very clean and fairly cosy (two heaters were provided). The location is also convenient, quiet yet within walking distance of the town centre.

I don't think the accommodation is ideal for winter use. It's a log cabin and insulation is not great, you really need to keep the fan heater on for lengthy periods (hot water bottles are thoughtfully provided!).
