Log Cabin

The cabin is well appointed and comfortable. The bed was excellent and there's good outside space with the veranda and drive area.

A little milk for a coffee would have been nice as we were arrived on foot quite late, after 18 miles of walking.

Great for a one-night stay as per my requirements. Easy to locate, very clean, good facilities, quiet and very private - I was left to my own devices which is something I always appreciate. Nice décor throughout, good shower, comfy bed. Good communication from Frances from the moment of booking to the moment of departure. 10/10.

Lovely cabin, super comfy bed with lots of lovely touches. Nice and quiet with lovely hosts.

Was difficult to find when first arriving. Sat nav takes you to the front of the house. Could do with directions to the cabin.

The bed was very comfy. Bathroom was adequate.

I just expected a little more space, no offense. I should have probably checked the dimensions better. I wasn't expecting to be in somebody's back garden surrounded by houses anyway, let's put it that way. Was expecting a peaceful retreat from the photos and it just felt claustrophobic. The settee could be comfier, thank god for all the pillows, unfortunately I couldn't truly relax. Also the WiFi for the TV kept cutting out for a period which was frustrating. No offence to the owner at all it was nice and clean etc. Just a glorified shed in a back garden for 70 quid. The photos wee cleverly taken, if I knew the situation I would have never booked. It is what it is. Sorry for the honesty. From other reviews, many people enjoyed it so maybe it's just me!
