ZAThe only part I like is that it was convenient for me since it was near the place where the concert I was going to was .
Electricity went off around past 11 pm. In the morning we had to checkout early because the electricity was still not back. Worse part is the staff nor the owner of the establishment felt the need to explain to us as guests what the issue was. We had to take a cold shower. When we asked if there’s no generator when we were checking out he’s response was it is available but there’s many guests so it wouldn’t make any difference, and personally I don’t know how it wasn’t going to make a difference because the water water was going to be hot and the lights were going to be on .
ZAIt was closer to the shopping centre and carnival city.
It was terribly dirty,the unit we were in had dust everywhere. The sheets were used before, fleeces had a foul smell. Wardrobes were in a terrible condition. The host and his wife were rude, called us terrible names for complaining until were told them we will review them and they won’t get customers. At some point the power went out the whole night until the next day, and the was no back up in our house. he offered for us to use one of the rooms that had solar after the people in there check out (for showering), only to complain that we checked out late.

ZAZAI loved the guesthouse and the owners, always friendly and always assisting and checking to see if we needed anything.
There is only 3 things, I stayed for a week and would have loved to cook food for myself but there is no oven so we had to live on take aways and I have fighters. I would have loved a TV in the bedroom where I was working privately as it was with my collegue who is a fighter. I needed my own privacy while working but had to work in the living room as it was the only tv. Lastly, the cushions, I could not sleep in them. Going to a guesthouse, I would not want to have holo fiber cusions, they are uncomfortable, I would advise they invest in more expensive, comfortable cushions to sleep on.
ZAThe owners are very pleasant and accommodating people and welcomed us with open arms. The room we rented was spotless clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The parking provided is safe. We will definitely make use of this facility again :)
